Start of call

Instantly recognises callers against your HubSpot contacts (by phone or email)

During the call

Answers availability in real time from HubSpot: existing meetings block time, or (rotation mode) offers only the slots your round-robin scheduling page actually offers
Collects the caller's email when needed (required for rotation bookings)

Every call is logged on the contact's timeline as a Call: AI summary, call reason, lead score, duration, with the full transcript attached natively
