How Zapier works with a call

Start of call

Your AI receptionist answers; no Zap runs yet, so callers never wait on an automation
Returning callers are recognised, and the returning-caller flag and total call count arrive later as fields in your Zap

During the call

The AI collects everything your Zaps will map: the caller's details, why they called, the service they need and their availability
The full conversation is transcribed, ready to arrive in your Zap as a single mapped field

After the call

The moment the call ends, a trigger fires with the AI summary, full transcript, lead score with a hot/warm/cold rating, call duration, forwarding and transfer outcomes, and a link back to the call in your dashboard
Booking requests, confirmations and declines each fire their own trigger as they happen: availability windows and the next available slot on a request, the selected time and duration on a confirmation, the reason on a decline
